We strive for accuracy and quality in every order, but if there happens to be an error on our part, please reach out to us and we’ll promptly correct the issue. Please note that we do not offer refunds on apparel unless there is a mistake on our end or it is a customized order. However, exchanges can be made on Mizuno stock items. Should you wish to initiate an exchange, kindly note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. It’s important to return the item in its original packaging and unused condition. Once Mizuno receives your return item, they will promptly send out your new item.
