EACH INDIVIDUAL ORDER WILL BE CHARGED $20 FOR SHIPPING PER ORDER PLACED.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS ON FULL SUBLIMATION ITEMS FROM THE TIME OF ARTWORK/ROSTER APPROVAL.

EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE WITH MIZUNO STOCK ITEMS (YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNUSED. ONCE MIZUNO RECEIVES YOUR RETURN ITEM. THEY WILL SEND YOUR NEW ITEM)

• For Mizuno stock items, please allow an estimated 3-5 days for shipping if items are in stock. We strive to deliver your order promptly, so rest assured that you’ll receive your Mizuno items in a timely manner.
• All items will be charged with a flat rate shipping fee of $15. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for FULL sublimation, ensuring the highest quality product reaches your doorstep.
• Mizuno bats, gloves and other field/gear equipment will have a flat rate shipping fee of $20. We understand the importance of having a reliable and high-performance bat, and we take extra care in ensuring its safe delivery to you.
• If you’re interested in ordering both Mizuno apparel and Mizuno equipment together, we recommend reaching out at [email protected]. Our dedicated support team will assist you in combining your items for lower shipping costs. We want to make sure you receive the best value for your purchase.
• For team orders any items made in bulk order, please contact [email protected]. We’ll work with you to coordinate the details and ensure a smooth group purchase process and will include FREE SHIPPING for this order.

Return Policy:

We strive for accuracy and quality in every order, but if there happens to be an error on our part, please reach out to us and we’ll promptly correct the issue. Please note that we do not offer refunds on apparel unless there is a mistake on our end or it is a customized order. However, exchanges can be made on Mizuno stock items. Should you wish to initiate an exchange, kindly note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. It’s important to return the item in its original packaging and unused condition. Once Mizuno receives your return item, they will promptly send out your new item.
